The core office area features a modular desk system complemented by minimalist partition screens. The combination of light wood-toned desktops and white frames, accented with touches of green, creates a visually cohesive and harmonious environment. This layout not only maximises space utilisation but also provides staff with comfortable, focused individual workstations through its user-centred design, making it a prime example of an efficient office space solution.

We are well aware of the need for collaboration in modern offices. With this in mind, the project has incorporated a variety of meeting and collaboration areas:

Formal meeting room: Equipped with a large conference table and ergonomic conference chairs, it provides a professional and formal setting for important decision-making and formal meetings.
Informal discussion area: Equipped with comfortable sofas, lounge chairs and flexible small tables, this space encourages staff to brainstorm and engage in informal discussions, thereby stimulating innovative thinking.
Focus work pods and corridor relaxation areas: By utilising corridor and corner spaces, we have installed high-backed benches with partitions and small workstations, providing staff with semi-private spaces where they can temporarily step away from the open-plan office to concentrate on their work or take a short break.

Outdoor leisure terrace

The project also cleverly extends the interior space outdoors, creating a leisure terrace furnished with weather-resistant outdoor seating. The combination of wooden flooring and natural light provides staff with an ideal place to relax and enjoy a moment of tranquillity, reflecting Zhihon Furniture’s commitment to staff wellbeing and work-life balance.

Through the carefully planned office furniture layout designed by Zhihon Furniture, the project has successfully created a modern office environment for Chenguang Culture that combines efficiency, collaboration and comfort, perfectly embodying the core concept of ‘flexible working’.
